Terms and Conditions Waktogel – Complete Guide for Members

1 Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and use the Waktogel platform, you must meet the following requirements:

• Age 18 years and above on the date of registration.
• Only permitted to hold one (1) active account only. Registering multiple accounts using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or banking details is strictly prohibited.
• Provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date personal information during registration. False information may result in account suspension and balance freeze.
• Be fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account, including if the account is accessed by another party due to your negligence.
• Keep your account password confidential. Waktogel will not be held responsible for any losses resulting from disclosure of your password to another party.

2 Identity Verification (KYC)

Waktogel reserves the right to request identity verification at any time, particularly during the withdrawal process or when suspicious activity is detected on your account. Our KYC (Know Your Customer) process includes:

• A valid copy of your national ID or passport.
• Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement within the last 3 months).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used (bank statement, e-wallet screenshot).

Failure to complete the KYC process within the stipulated period may result in a temporary suspension of withdrawal activity until verification is finalised. This process is in place to protect the security of your own account.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions

All financial transactions at Waktogel are subject to the following rules:

• Deposit: Processed instantly via supported payment methods — FPX bank transfer, Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, and a variety of local e-wallet options.
• Withdrawal: Processed within 15–30 minutes for standard members and under 5 minutes for VIP members. Withdrawals to Malaysian bank accounts and e-wallets are fully supported.
• Verification: Withdrawals exceeding a certain amount may require additional verification in accordance with current security requirements.
• Currency: All transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). No currency conversion fees are charged.
• Transaction Limits: Minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals are set according to each payment method. The latest information can be found in the Wallet section of your account.

4 Bonuses, Promotions & Rollover Requirements

All bonuses and promotions at Waktogel are subject to the following specific terms:

• Each bonus has a rollover (turnover) requirement that must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonuses can be withdrawn.
• Rollover requirements, validity periods, and other conditions are clearly stated on each promotion's page at Promotions page ours.
• Bonuses may not be combined unless explicitly stated in the relevant promotion's terms.
• Waktogel reserves the right to void bonuses and related winnings if any attempt to manipulate or exploit the bonus system is detected.
• Members who open multiple accounts to claim repeated bonuses will be actioned without warning.

5 Game Rules & Platform Integrity

To ensure a fair and safe gaming experience for all members, the following activities are strictly prohibited on the Waktogel platform:

• Use of automation software, bots, scripts, or any tools that provide an unfair advantage in gameplay.
• Collusion between members to manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting bugs or technical vulnerabilities in the platform for personal gain. Any vulnerability discovered must be reported to us immediately.
• Attempts to breach or disrupt the technical infrastructure of Waktogel.
• Money laundering activities conducted through our platform.

Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate account freezing, full balance forfeiture without compensation, and a report to the relevant authorities if necessary.

6 Waktogel Liability Limits

While we make every effort to keep the platform running smoothly, there are certain limitations to our liability that you should be aware of:

• Waktogel is not liable for any losses arising from technical disruptions, connectivity issues on the user's end, or circumstances beyond our control (force majeure).
• In the event of a technical error resulting in an incorrect payout, Waktogel reserves the right to correct the error and recover any overpaid amount.
• We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses that may arise from the use of our platform.

7 Account Closure & Suspension

Waktogel reserves the right to suspend or close a member's account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any term within this document.
• Provision of false information during registration or the KYC process.
• Legal compliance requirements or directives from the relevant authorities.
• Inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting our customer support. Any valid balance will be processed for withdrawal once all security checks are completed.

8 Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or relating to the use of the Waktogel platform shall first be resolved through direct negotiation with our management. Waktogel operates in compliance with the requirements and regulations of international platforms as set by the relevant regulatory bodies.
